Keep Smiling was founded in 2022 by Holly Polley, who drew on her extensive experience in the dental industry as a Dental Assistant and Practice Manager. Holly recognized a significant demand for Cosmetic Teeth Whitening but also saw that many patients hesitated due to past dental trauma, pain, and high costs. With a passion for making quality care accessible, Holly set out to offer Teeth Whitening treatments that match the safety and effectiveness of a dentist's service but at a more affordable price.

Over her seven years in the dental field, Holly gained invaluable knowledge from local Mackay Dentists and Hygienists. This hands-on experience provided her with insights and techniques that go beyond what is typically covered in standard online Teeth Whitening courses. As a result, she developed a range of Whitening Treatments tailored to help her clients achieve their ideal smile.

In early 2023, Holly expanded her service offerings by introducing Tooth Gems after receiving numerous requests and undergoing extensive training. This service quickly gained popularity, tapping into a trend that has been around for centuries but is now safer and more effective than ever thanks to modern adhesives, equipment, and techniques.

In 2023 Keep Smiling relocated to a new space, opening Mackay's first dedicated clinic for Teeth Whitening and Tooth Gems. Holly is excited about the future and looks forward to continuing to help clients enhance their smiles. The clinic has also recently added Lash Lifts and Permanent Jewellery to its list of services, further expanding its offerings to meet the diverse needs of her clients.
